Classes Offered

There are a variety of yoga classes in both chino hills and rancho cucamonga to chose from at Addicted to Yoga! If it is your first time practicing Yoga or Pilates, it is best to try a beginning class or level 0 class. We offer beginning classes every day Monday through Sunday. If you are new to Yoga or Pilates but are very active then a Level 1 or Level 1-2 Yoga or Pilates class would be a great one to try for your first time! There are specific classes for increasing your flexibility or increasing your strength or a combination of both. Most Level 0 and Level 1 classes focus on increasing your flexibility where as the Level 1-2 classes focus on strength. Some classes offered are a combination of both focusing on strength and flexibility. We also offer Meditation classes such as Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. In these classes a combination of gentle yoga and deep meditation is practiced. When meditation is practiced it is usually in a seated or lying down position.

All yoga and pilates classes are accessible to everyone! It is best to come at least 5 times to really get the understading of Yoga or Pilates and how it affects your body. Try all the classes even the ones you think you couldn't do, there are modifications for everyone! Once you feel comfortable in a Level 0 or Level 1 class then you can move on to Level 1-2 or Level 2 classes. You can still continue to incorporate modifications until you feel comfortable to try new things! Beginning Ball Pilates
Level 1-2

Beginning Mat Pilates, Hottie Body Pilates

Beginning Pilates is a Pilates mat class that concentrates on the muscles of the abdominals and back, creating benefits such as improved posture, core strength, and body awareness. This class is appropriate for all levels from beginners through advanced students. In class, Pilates props are used to compliment the practice. Pilates has unlimmited benefits including stability, weight loss, strength, and injury rehabilitation and is complimentary to Yoga. Pilates with Props is used to make the exercises you know and love one step harder and you will find muscles you've never felt before. A wonderful way to improve your core! Level 1

Hottie Body turns up the heat on your regular pilates routine! Classroom is heated to between 90 and 95 degrees for a more flexible workout. Bring a towel!

Cardio Pilates (Level 2)
A heart pumping mix of various fitness genres (pilates, ballet, interval and light resistance training, yoga) that are designed to help you slim down and tone up! What's great is, it's all low impact, so knee/back injuries etc. you don't have to worry about. Workout is done barefoot. Level 2

Pilates into Shape

Change up your routine with this Pilates-based mat workout using various equipment to help you lose weight, get stronger, improve posture and flexibility. Laura teaches you how to build lean muscle tone, slim your waist line and stretch your body using the Pilates ring and flex-band. All levels welcome, equipment is provided. Level 1-2

Yogalates, Cardio Yogalates, Pilades

A wonderful combination of Yoga and Pilates that works on the core through energetic and delightful Yoga & Pilates Poses! A more challenging practice than Beginning Yogalates, this next level class works even deeper into the abdominals, thighs, and back! Breathe through this challenging and ab strengthening workout! Level 1-2
