| Diana Torres |
| Diana describes herself as an eternal student – always learning and growing. Practicing vinyasa flow yoga for five years from numerous instructors, she has been teaching for over three years. Diana delved into her practice as an outlet for her physical and creative energy. Inspired by the marriage of mind, body and spirit her classes are ever-changing and challenging with a focus on flowing through postures and building body heat. Diana believes that yoga should be a workout as well as a calming experience. Take a class, feel the power of your body, and leave relaxed. Learn from each new experience along your journey. Her journey thus far has earned her two bachelor's degrees earned from Claremont McKenna College and UC Berkeley and an everlasting love for yoga. In addition, she recently earned her Public Health Master's degree in Nutrition from Loma Linda University. She ascribes to these words, " Live fully and passionately with integrity and conviction. Love what you do and why you are doing it." You can practice with Diana on Monday and Wednesday mornings in her breathe and flow yoga class and pilates! |
